Resilience is the ability to bounce back from set backs and the ability to deal with ongoing demands with clarity and positivity. To maintain the sustained focus to achieve our goals we need to be resilient. Athletes train and prepare for each and every event and take downtime to recover - we expect ourselves and our teams to run the equivalent of a marathon without proper preparation and no downtime. Sometimes multiple times a year and in some cases every day.
